There are no overheads or hidden costs involved in joining our IT Priority Support Program.

Costs:
To join our IT Priority Support Program:

• $25.38 per week pre-payment to keep your IT system in good shape
• pre-payment charged monthly in advance on the first day of each month ($110 per month) by automatic debit from your account
• the pre-payment is the same irrespective of the number of computers or servers in your system, and
• pre-payment credited against the cost of services provided over the 12 month program period
• At the end of the twelve months period, your account is reset to zero.

As a member of our IT Priority Support Program, our normal hourly rate for technical support services of $35.75 (inc GST) per 15 minute increment is discounted to you by 15%! This means that your special rate is $30.39 per 15 minute increment.

GUARANTEE

Your monthly pre-payments will be refunded if you are not satisfied after 40 hours of work.

Call Out Fee:
There is no call-out fee for clients located within a 15 km radius of the Brisbane GPO.
A call-out fee of $55.00 (inc GST) is charged for clients located between 15 and 25 kms of the Brisbane GPO.
A call-out fee for more remote clients will be set by agreement.
