Our IT Priority Support Program typically comprises a combination of the following components:

- Disaster Recovery / Backup systems

- Web Page Maintenance
- Call Centre Support
- On-site Support guaranteed within 4 hours within a 15 km radius of the Brisbane GPO.
To kick-start your program:
XBase Solutions technical staff will perform a site inspection to determine your system details and confirm the specific requirements of your IT Priority Support Program.
In particular, the inspection will highlight any areas within your IT system that may need immediate rectification or improvement to minimise the probability of ongoing system failure.
A follow-up inspection is performed every 6 months to review your system requirements and operations. This takes approximately 2 hours, depending on the complexity of your system.
If any problems are identified during this review, we will discuss your options for their rectification.
Duration of Agreement:
XBase Solutions IT Priority Support Program is effective for 12 months from the date of signature.
Phone Support:
Phone support is available at the cost of a local phone call when you call our customer service hotline of 1300 722 115.
Call Out Fee:
There is no call-out fee for clients located within a 15 km radius of the Brisbane GPO.
Business Hours:
Our normal business hours of operation are from 9.00am to 5.00pm. Our on-site hours of operation are from 9.00am to 3.00pm. We are happy to discuss special requirements for out-of-hours work.
Exclusions
The IT Priority Support Program does not include:
- The cost of parts and software. These are charged at normal retail prices.
- Installation of new systems, relocation of your systems, consulting work, research and analysis, planning or detailed audits. These services can be costed and provided, upon request, under a separate arrangement. Discounted rates for these services are available to members of the IT Priority Support Program.
